After the sale of the company, he chose his next chapter to be living by the sea in South Jersey and becoming a Realtor. He resides with his Partner Wendy, and Ted, an overly friendly Golden Retriever, in Villas. Although David never served in politics before, he has always been involved in community and environmental causes.
